Collect, load, and deliver goods from suppliers, restaurants, or warehouses to customers in a timely manner. Verify and ensure accuracy of items being delivered against order details.Key Responsibilities Collect, load, and deliver goods from suppliers, restaurants, or warehouses to customers in a timely manner. Verify and ensure accuracy of items being delivered against order details. Safely operate a vehicle (car, van, scooter, or bike) while complying with traffic rules and regulations. Use GPS and navigation tools to plan and follow efficient routes. Handle products carefully to avoid damage and ensure they arrive in good condition. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, managers, and customers regarding delivery times or issues. Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery as required. Manage cash or digital payments when necessary. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery challenges promptly. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle. Skills & Qualities Strong time management and organizational skills. Good knowledge of local routes and areas (or ability to use navigation systems effectively). Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and courtesy. Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights. Requirements Valid driver’s license for the relevant vehicle type. Clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery or driving roles (preferred but not always required). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed. Basic literacy and numeracy for managing orders and payments. Work Environment Primarily on the road, driving between collection and delivery points. Accept payment for delivery
Deliver orders
Deliver or collect parcels according to request
Arrange delivery/collection of envelope/parcel together with customer (sign off, delivery note, reserve...)
Check delivery of goods. Check products. Organize and supervise storage
Set up route according to delivery requirements. Check documents (timetables, order form...)
Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
Load parcels, envelopes, prepared dishes on or in the vehicle
Execute basic maintenance. Clean vehicle
Receive payments
