Our client, a Corporate Services Provider is looking for a Compliance Support Officer to join their growing team. The role would be supporting the Senior Compliance Officer as well as a the Head of Compliance.Responsibilities:

Assisting the Compliance Function
Assisting with overseeing the client onboarding process from a compliance point of view
Handling the review of customer risk assessments, KYC/CDD documentation as well as source of wealth and funds
Handling the ongoing monitoring and reviews of existing clients including corporate structures, trust and fiduciary arrangements, as well as regulatory obligations
Assisting in the planning and execution of compliance related matters
Leading follow ups, testing, internal findings and identifying patterns
Supporting with the preparation and updating of internal and external compliance reports
Supporting with the maintenance of compliance related records and databases
Being part of the development and implementation of periodic reviews of compliance policies
Supporting in the preparation of internal compliance training
Supporting in the day to day duties

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years working locally in Compliance, AML or Risk, within a CSP, Trustee, or Financial Services setting
Understanding in compliance frameworks
Excellent verbal and written English

Education and Experience

A Diploma in Compliance, AML, Risk or related
