A reputable client of ours, specialised within the Travel industry, is looking to onboard a Head of FP&A, to join their team of professionals. The designated person will manage the financial architecture of a global portfolio, overseeing diverse subsidiaries, navigating high fixed-cost structures and variable costs (fuel, food, labour) while ensuring seamless financial reporting across international borders.Duties:

Lead the annual budgeting process and multi-year strategic plans, ensuring departmental goals align with the overarching corporate strategy.
Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling forecasts and long-range financial models.
Perform "What-If" scenario analysis to stress-test business assumptions.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual). identifying trends and early warning signals in business performance.
Prepare high-level presentations for the Board of Directors and investors, translating complex financial data into clear, narrative-driven insights.
Partner with department Heads to optimise spend, improve margins, and evaluate the ROI of new initiatives.
Scale the financial tech stack by implementing or optimizing ERP and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools to automate reporting.

Requirements

10+ years' experience in senior finance roles, and strong exposure / familiarity to local legislations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexibility to travel internationally as required ( approx. 4-5 times annually )
A strong communicator who can freely articulate and able to build strategic alignment across diverse senior stakeholders, at board level.

Education and Experience

Ideally has a professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
