- Liaise with clients and agents for timely container preparation, export documentation, and bookings.
- Assist with the container loading to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare import licenses and check import documentation for arriving feed containers.
- Coordinate logistics for groupage shipments and reconcile waste packaging for official reporting.
- Work with Maltese authorities (Fisheries, Vet, Customs) for import clearance.
- Liese with haulers, ensuring efficient release and delivery of containers following their arrival in Malta.
- Handling of customs import and export declarations as well as other general logistics related documentation and administration.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs processes, especially in Malta, is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
