  • Build & maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attract candidates via job boards, referrals, and headhunting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Review CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for our clients
  • Coordinate candidates through our clients interview processes; providing detailed feedback and expert advice to both parties throughout
  • Negotiate & close deals in an efficient & timely manner
  • Keep updated with industry & market trends
  • Contribute to the sharing of knowledge & recruitment best practices across our team
What you're expected to bring?
  • 2+ years recruitment experience preferably within an agency, internal recruiters will also be considered
  • Exceptional English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills who is a natural relationship builder
  • Ability to multi-task and understanding of setting ROI based priorities
  • A motivated, self-starter with a competitive & target-driven character
