- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front office tasks such as ticketing, check-ins, and guest enquiries
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist with payments and issuing tickets
- Maintain accurate booking records and update calendars
- Provide information to visitors about services and the attraction
- Coordinate with other departments as required
Additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish, etc.) – an asset
Professional appearance and presentable demeanor
Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented personality
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems, etc.)Previous front office, ticketing, or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. On-the-job training can be provided.Benefits
