Health, Safety & Security Manager

• The Health, Safety & Security Manager is responsible for leading and improving the resort's health and safety management system.
• You will ensure full compliance with local laws, company policies, and standards.
• The role includes conducting regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and safety reviews across all departments.
• You will oversee fire safety procedures, emergency plans, and evacuation drills.
• The manager develops and delivers health and safety training for employees at all levels.
• You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• You also manage waste data systems, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all waste streams.
• On the security side, the manager oversees all operations to protect guests, staff, and property.
• You will supervise the security team to maintain constant coverage and high service standards.
• The role involves managing CCTV, alarms, access controls, and other security technologies.
• You will establish protocols for incident reporting, crisis handling, and emergency response.
• The manager works closely with local authorities and supports VIP protection and special events.
