Data Science & Analytics Manager M/F

• Provide thought leadership and strong technical communications for all solutions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Domain Expert, Infrastructure Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Partners to understand data needs and help projects and agile teams deliver on those needs.
• Representative of Data Science and Analytics to identify future needs and requirements, trigger subsequent support from management.
• Main interface to coordinate migration support for data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Ensure data quality standards are met so that solutions deployed have technical integrity and stability.
• Determine the data needs, then retrieve, stage, and transform (ETL) the data to enable the required advanced analytical insights and business intelligence solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex data models to address needs.
• Utilizes programming skills to access and extract data from diverse sources residing on multiple platforms and implement large, complex data models by combining, synthesizing, and structuring data from databases, files, and spreadsheets.
• Define and apply security, access, and backup procedures for all models
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all relevant modern data integration and/or advanced analytic tools (Data Services, Informatica, Databricks, Python, etc.).

• Engineer degree in computer science, information technology or applied mathematics (exposure to Data Science is a plus)
• Understand ST BEMT systems (FW2,EMCS,CMMS… ) , able to manage multiple projects at the same time and to collaborate strongly with other members of a transverse team (cooperation and permanent transparency on the progress of the work, ...)
• 3 years experience in ST in position exposed to Data analytics and Big Data .
• Has a good analytical mind.
• Has a good organizational capacity to structure his working methods and his intervention plan;
• Is curious enough to follow new trends and discover new tools .
• Is a force of proposal with the various actors of the company.
• Knows how to ask for help wisely; and has a great ability to adapt (remain responsive to change) competence allowing to "work in an AGILE team" .
• Proficient in written and spoken English - Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile method and Scrum is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data and information architecture , knowledge of IT architecture ,frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrates Understand and able to utilize APIs, data structures and algorithms.
• Understand end-to-end data pipelines and models integration into complex systems.
• Good skills on the following programming languages: Python, R, Scala, Java, Unix Shell , C / C ++ language
• Good skills on Big data technologies like (HADOOP, SPARK) and data warehousing tools ; SQL language - NoSQL databases, Neo4j, MariaDB, Cassandra, Azure Analysis Services (AAS), Databricks, SSAS, Power BI Dataflows, Tibco Spotfire, KAFKA/ MQTT (or similar) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Data Architecture Maturity Evaluation concepts and metrics , Data Quality management and monitoring.
