Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking customers.
  • Assist with airline bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and related inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on any unresolved queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German is essential (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or travel industry.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as rostered from Monday to Sunday.
