- Assist with airline bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and related inquiries.
- Effectively communicate solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on any unresolved queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Fluency in German is essential (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or travel industry.
- Flexibility to work shifts as rostered from Monday to Sunday.
