- Fluent in Maltese and English (spoken and written). Candidates who cannot speak Maltese will not be eligible.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple customers/leads at once without dropping standards.
- Efficient and reliable: shows up, follows through, closes loops.
- Strong sales instinct: confident asking for the close, handling objections, upselling when relevant (without being pushy).
- Proficient on a PC: fast typing, email, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic admin systems.
- Logs every lead, call, quote, and next step.
- Updates deal stages correctly.
- Uses tasks / reminders so nothing is forgotten.
- Follow-up discipline (non-negotiable):
- Comfortable making follow-up calls daily.
- Consistent email follow-ups on quotes and missing info.
- Can work a simple cadence (same day / 24h / 72h / weekly) until closed.
- Understands lead sources (website, socials, ads).
- Can handle messages, enquiries, and basic posting / sharing when needed.
- Captures lead source and notes properly for reporting.
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience with CAD design is considered a strong asset
- Product curiosity: likes learning product specs, compatibility, and what fits what.
- Basic hands-on skills (small installs / adjustments, checking fitment, simple troubleshooting).
- Fast response to enquiries, clean quoting, and structured follow-up that converts leads.
- CRM is always up to date: every lead has a status and next action.
- Customers feel looked after, even when it’s busy.
