This Fintech Lawyer will join a growing and highly competent firm going through a period of rapid expansion. Your exposure will be broad and varied related to anything corporate and commercial which will contribute heavily to broaden your skillset.This is the perfect opportunity for a strong all-rounded lawyer with expertise in general corporate and commercial law, with a keen interest in technology, AI and blockchain, with strong career prospects and the opportunity to take your interest in technology into your actual profession.You will:

Provide legal advice across a number of areas related to corporate, commercial and technology law;
Support business expansion projects in Europe and internationally;
Collaborate with industry experts related to blockchain and AI projects;
Contribute to ongoing growth of the business with your own growth opportunities.

Experience:

Qualified lawyer in Europe
2+ years PQE, experience in general corporate & commercial law
Experience with, or interest in blockchain, crypto or AI

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 60,000 DOEBenefits:

Discretionary performance bonuses
Commission for bringing in clients and taking on key functions
Hybrid working model
