- Coordinate new client onboarding, arrange and participate in client meetings and provide client service management.
- Provide support to team members and foster company values.
- Provide direct assistance and reporting to Client Manager and Head of Office.
- Perform all aspects of corporate and/or trust administration, including the incorporation and dissolution/liquidation of companies and other structures.
- Liaise with clients (both internal and/or external), professional advisors and other third parties and intermediaries.
- Demonstrate an understanding of financial transactions and prepare documentsin relation to both routine and complex transactions, including minutes and resolutions.
- Record all time spent accurately to facilitate invoicing and internal reporting.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the client to ensure clear commmunciations with an a successful rendering of administration services to the client.
- Providing technical support, coaching, and mentoring to non-senior team members.
- Act as the nominated representative of the company in relation to company secretary appointments for client entities.
- Assist with complaints resolution and escalating client queries or issues.
- Contribute to the achievement of the teams KPIs.
- Conduct Client reviews and action remediation as necessary; Recognize and contribute to the mitigation of risks.
- Act as an authorized signatory and officer on client entities and in-house entities.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining AML/KYC and Risk controls relevant to the position.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Adminstration, Law or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the administration of trust and client administration
- Knowledge and experience of working under Malta and/or international company law, specifically as to holding and finance vehicles, financing, corporate transactions, incorporation and liquidation would be an advantage.
