Hilton Malta is recruiting for a full-time Porter. The selected candidate would work closely with the Front Office and Concierge Team.We are looking for a smart and friendly individual, who is willing to be of service and who would give an excellent first impression to our guests when they walk into the hotel as they pass through the lobby area. The selected candidate needs to be willing to work both night and day shifts as would be necessary.Some of the duties and responsibilities of a Porter include;

Welcoming guests to the hotel

Carrying the guests’ luggage

Providing information about our hotel and its facilities

Answering guests’ queries

Arranging for taxis

Capable of responding promptly and precisely to any additional requests from the Concierge on duty, ensuring seamless service delivery

Fluency in English is a requirement and knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset. A valid Driving Licence is required.All applications will be acknowledged and treated in strict confidence.
