  • Manage customer interactions via phone, chat and other communication channels, providing timely and effective assistance
  • Ensure that the company’s customer service policies and procedures are followed
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with other departments to improve customer support processes and overall service quality
Job requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English and Swedish with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good communication and monitoring skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills
