This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €30K depending on experience.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport clients on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including corporate, commercial, and regulated industriesAdvise clients on matters related to legal and compliance, ensuring that regulatory requirements are metAssist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements relevant to client operationsSupport the day-to-day management of client obligations imposed by regulatory and supervisory authoritiesKeep yourself updated with laws, regulations, and market trends while ensuring complianceProvide training to clients and members of staff in matters related to internal processes, procedures, and use of systemsContribute to the continuous development of the company’s services and internal knowledgeEducation, Skills & ExperienceLL.D. or M.Adv. degree (or equivalent), with a valid Maltese warrant3+ years of experience in a similar legal role within the advisory spaceFluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and verbalProven knowledge of laws related to CSPs, MGA, MFSA, and Trusts and TrusteesStrong critical thinking skills with experience advising diverse, international clientsExcellent communication skills, good listener, with the ability to work both independently and within a teamOrganised, driven, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbout the roleSalary of up to €30K depending on experienceHybrid with flexible hours – on Fridays the office closes at 14:00On-the-job training and mentoringFree parkingHealth insuranceOpportunities to attend industry eventsStudy leave and opportunities for career growthSupportive team culture with professional development initiativesApply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
