This position offers exceptional exposure and the opportunity to build and shape legal processes from the ground up.As in-house legal counsel, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high-level matters, partnering directly with senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making. The role offers a dynamic and varied workload, with real scope to make a tangible impact across the organisation.This position is particularly well suited to someone with a strong interest in climate and environmental matters, seeking both purpose and long-term career progression.Key Responsibilities

Act as the organisation’s in-house legal counsel across all legal matters
Advise on regulatory, administrative, and policy-related issues
Provide direct legal support and strategic advice to the CEO and senior leadership
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and governance frameworks
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and processes

Requirements

Warranted Lawyer in Malta
5+ years’ experience (including pre-qualification experience)
Interest in environmental law
