The role supports the seamless coordination of daily operations while consistently upholding AX ODYCY' s service standards and commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, guest-focused food and beverage service across all outlets
  • Maintain service standards in line with AX ODYCY and industry expectations
  • Support daily F&B operations in collaboration with other hotel departments
  • Ensure a consistently positive and memorable dining experience for guests
  • Undertake additional duties to support operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage service, including hotel operations and banqueting
  • Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure
  • A professional, courteous team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Currently residing in Malta and eligible to work
