You don’t need to be an AML expert — we’ll provide training — but you do need to be tech-savvy, client-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and development team to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client relationships, and continuous product improvement. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) in a hybrid setup from Malta. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales, including product demos and client Q&A - Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption of the product - Deliver engaging training sessions (live and recorded) tailored to different client needs - Create and maintain training resources, release notes, and knowledge base content - Provide ongoing non-technical product support to clients, acting as a trusted point of contact - Partner with the Customer Experience Manager and development team to capture client feedback and improve product usability - Stay informed about AML developments in our markets (with training provided) to better support client conversations What We’re Looking For: - 2–3 years’ experience in product support, customer success, or other client-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS/software environment - Native English speaker or C2 level English proficiency (written & spoken) - Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong client relationships - Proactive mindset — able to work independently and take initiative - Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn how to configure sophisticated software Nice to have: - Prior AML/Compliance or financial services experience - AML qualifications or related certifications Salary & Compensation: Gross Yearly Salary Range: €28,000 – €32,000 (Exact package will depend on experience and profile.) Collect and deal with complaints of users, clients, occupants, ...
Analyse technical problems and customer needs
Assist in analysing technical malfunction of use of site or services by internet users
