Job Role

Greet and serve guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Take orders for food and beverages, providing guests with recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including towels, chairs, and tables.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in regards to food and beverage service.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of orders and payments.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a resort environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Must be currently residing in Malta.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
