You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, analyse data, and recommend improvements that align with the companies strategy and operational capabilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and user sessions
  • Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Create clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective solutions
  • Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and IT
  • Support project delivery, UAT testing, training, and change management
What You Bring
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, Visio, and business documentation tools
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, data analysis, and SQL
  • Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
  • Understanding of SDLC is an asset
