You’ll be part of a small but high-impact team in Malta, working closely with the CFO to shape how the finance function grows and evolves.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on finance with operational strategy. You’ll have full visibility over the company’s financial operations, advise on AI tools and automation, and apply a creative and strategic mindset to optimise processes and grow the team.As a Finance & Treasury Advisor, you’ll collaborate directly with the CFO, contribute to process improvements, and help implement scalable systems that support both the local team and the wider international operation. Monitor daily liquidity and flag discrepancies
Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of reconciliations, financial statements.
Collaborate closely with the CFO to optimise processes and grow the Malta finance team

Skills & Experience:

Fully qualified accountant or last stages of Ps
3–5 years of experience in accounting, or in audit coming from the Big4
Experience with audits in financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or gaming preferred
