Conduct user interviews to understand customer needs and their experience with the existing solution, as well as gather and analyse customer feedback.Product development and roadmap planning: Define product requirements based on market research and customer development insights. Manage the product backlog. Maintain and adjust the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends and business priorities.GTM preparation: Develop and coordinate go-to-market plan for product launch and further feature updates. Collect customer feedback, address any potential issues during the launch, and conduct post-launch monitoring.Requirements management: Collect and analyse detailed business/product requirements from all relevant parties, to understand the business needs and the project scope.Documentation management: Maintain documentation, and capture key business and product requirements, to ensure effective solution implementation by the development team.Features evaluation and validation: Assess implemented solutions vs. initial requirements and ensure they fulfil the business needs.UX / UI: Gather and analyse user feedback to make data-driven product design decisions. Work with the UX/UI manager to create an intuitive and user-friendly product.CANDIDATE PROFILE5+ years of professional experience in the PM roleConfident communicatorDeep understanding of the current fintech/regtech market Knowledge of financial markets and products is an advantage.Passion for operations, finance, and technology.Understanding of regulatory regimes and requirements, incl.
