You'll handle queries across multiple channels and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable player journey. No iGaming experience is needed, full training is provided.Responsibilities
  • Support customers via chat, phone, and email in Dutch
  • Resolve issues, handle disputes, and escalate when needed
  • Assist players with technical questions and troubleshooting
  • Explain game rules, features, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Stay up to date with products, promotions, and industry updates
What We're Looking For
  • Native-level Dutch and strong English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
