A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Corporate Officer to join a forward-thinking organisation operating on a global scale. Process a wide range of corporate actions, including dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and stock splits
Monitor compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Support efficiency initiatives, process automation, and system improvements

Skills & Experience:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field (experience in wealth management an asset)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team
