Operations Officer (French Speaking)The RoleWe believe in offering the best possible support and service to our customers. As part of our Operations department and reporting directly to our Operations Manager, this multi-lingual role is an integral part of our customer facing team. If you are driven to provide exceptional customer service by putting the customer's interests first and if you feel you could be a great team player within the Operations department, this role could be perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Officer, your daily activities will include:
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of our products and procedures.
  • Answering incoming calls and replying to emails from prospective and existing customers in relation to our products and services.
  • Executing customers' instructions and daily updating of accounting records.
  • Developing strong partnerships with customers, delighting them with your insight and listening skills.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the operation of banking platforms in use.
  • Performing other operational tasks in relation to retail deposits and client onboarding.
Skills and Capabilities Required
  • Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Able to stay organised, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently without constant supervision.
  • Able to simplify processes and procedures, delivering quality results with minimal complications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
