- Lead onboarding programs for new team members, ensuring smooth integration into operations
- Design and deliver training sessions covering communication skills, negotiation, compliance, and internal processes
- Develop structured learning paths based on team performance metrics and business objectives
- Create and maintain engaging training materials, guides, documentation and scripts
- Develop and manage QA frameworks and evaluation processes for customer interactions
- Monitor and review calls, emails and chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching sessions to support individual development
- Partner with team leaders and operations managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify quality trends, training gaps and operational improvement opportunities
- Review communication standards, scripts and internal processes to enhance service consistency
- Contribute to internal projects focused on customer experience, service quality and operational efficiency
- Fluent German and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, or Customer Operations
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Experience delivering training programs and coaching team members
- Experience working in customer support, service operations or call center environments
- Familiarity with QA frameworks, quality monitoring tools, and performance metrics
- Experience mentoring or coaching employees
- Experience building learning materials or training documentation
- Experience working in international or multilingual environments
