- Language Proficiency: Limited working proficiency in English and Maltese is required to facilitate communication within the team.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items as required and to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the warehouse.
