We operate in a fast-moving environment where decisions are data-informed, responsibility is clearly defined, and teams are expected to deliver with consistency and focus.We’re looking for an experienced Casino Manager to join Sway Gaming and lead our casino operations and help drive performance across multiple markets. Based in our new Malta office, you’ll take ownership of the game portfolio, manage supplier relationships, and lead engaging campaigns that grow player activity, retention, and lifetime value.About the RoleYou’ll take ownership of daily casino operations, collaborating closely with product, marketing, CRM, and analytics to shape a compelling and competitive casino experience across multiple markets.What You’ll DoBuild strong relationships with game providers, negotiate deals, and secure exclusive games and promotions.Choose and position games on the site using data to guide decisions.Track key metrics like GGR, NGR, RTP, engagement, churn, and LTV to spot trends and improve performance.Share insights on new games and help plan promotions around them.Work with the CRM team to create game-focused offers that drive engagement.Keep other teams updated on upcoming game releases, changes, and maintenance.Collaborate with marketing, VIP, and content teams to support player acquisition and retention.Work with tech and product teams to launch new features, improve game visibility, and enhance the overall player experience.About You3+ years of experience in online casino or iGaming management.Deep understanding of casino products, player behavior, and market dynamics.Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating deals.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Why Traffic Label?This is an opportunity to join a growing company that combines data, technology, and creativity to power successful online brands.
