Cultivate and sustain robust connections with potential VIP customers
Oversee high-value accounts, guaranteeing a premium level of service
Identify and capitalize on revenue-maximizing opportunities
Address customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborate closely with other departments, including CRM and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless experience for potential VIP customers
Deliver regular reports on the performance of VIP accounts to senior management

Skills/Qualifications:

Fluent in German
Background in a comparable position within the iGaming sector
Exceptional communication skills coupled with the capability to forge robust connections with potential VIP customers.
