- Cleaning rooms, bathrooms and public areas.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Replenishing amenities according to operational standards.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Assisting guests with any requests or needs they may have.
- Returning and restocking cleaning cart at the end of the shift.
- Performing rotation cleaning duties as required.
- Updating task sheet on rooms cleaned.
- Communicating with your superior on any lost and found items.
- Other ad-hoc reporting as it may be required.
- Ability to speak in English
- Good communication skills
- Have one (1) year experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
