Software Engineer

• Develop best quality software using latest technologies and coding standard as specified by the company;
• Meet deadlines as agreed upon during scheduling;
• Test and review code for quality assurance purposes;
• Release and implement new or modified software internally or at clients as per company's procedures;
• Analyse and amend software errors in a timely and accurate manner and participate in software upgrades and revisions;
• Together with the Technical Architect, help set direction for the Company’s technology practice;
• Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements;
• Partner with the Project Manager and other developers to successfully manage client relationships;
• Help team members progress toward their professional development goals;
• Ensure the Company is proactive in the pursuit of new solutions and innovation within the Company’s technology practice;
• Keep version control as specified in the Company's procedures;
• Write technical documentation;
• Support after sales and product / project teams;
• Input time sheet within 24 hours of working on a job or task;
• Ensure that all day to day work practices are following the standards set in the Quality Management System (QMS) and assist in their updating in case of need;
• Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct;
• Maintain and review assigned ConnectWise tickets.

• Hold a recognized IT qualification or diploma;
• Possess 2-3 years of experience in a related role;
• Proficiency in a range of technologies including C#, ASP.NET Core, LinQ, Lambda Syntax, MS SQL/NoSQL, JavaScript (Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap), HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON;
• Demonstrate practical experience with .NET Maui, React Native, and NoSQL databases.

• Ability to work effectively work within a team environment where flexibility is essential;
• Effective communication, attention to details, time management, and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work with personal accountability for results and productivity.
