Online Responsible Gambling Manager (Operational/Specialist) - Dutch Speaking

• Orchestrator of Online RG Policy: You develop, implement, and optimize our Online Responsible Gambling procedures. You ensure we don’t just meet the regulations but set the industry standard.
• Smart Interventions: You build data-driven intervention models and continuously measure whether our measures are achieving the desired impact.
• Trend Analysis: You identify trends in player behavior and risk profiles before they become issues and adjust our policy accordingly.
• Strategic Advisor: You serve as the knowledge partner to the Janshen-Hahnraths Group’s Manager of Responsible Gambling for strategic matters and contacts with the Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit).

• In-depth Analysis: You monitor risk indicators and develop razor-sharp profiles and intervention strategies.
• Advanced Detection: You take the initiative to continuously refine our detection models and monitoring processes.

• Team Lead: You provide direct leadership to the RG team. You coach, prioritize, and monitor quality, but you aren't afraid to get stuck into the data yourself (working manager).
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: You are the primary subject matter expert for teams such as Compliance, Marketing, Payments & Fraud, and Customer Operations.

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Responsible Gambling within the iGaming industry.
• Leadership Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience managing specialists or analysts. You know how to elevate a team to the next level.
• Policy Expert: Strong skills in writing clear policy documents and internal procedures. You have a deep understanding of Dutch legislation (KOA) and related regulations.
• Analytical Mindset: You are analytically strong and energized by translating data into human-centric solutions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent and professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and work just as easily independently as in a team.
