- Ensuring all technical and regulatory obligations are met in various jurisdictions where the company operates;
- Monitoring technical compliance with existing and developing Casino/Live Casino products and their features;
- Taking ownership of researching, analyzing, interpreting, and providing guidance on regulatory technical requirements in existing and new markets, the company plans to enter;
- Monitoring changes in remote gaming regulations;
- Identifying compliance gaps or risks, alerting relevant stakeholders appropriately and on time, and assisting with developing solutions to mitigate identified risks;
- Acting as a point of contact for compliance-related questions from different departments and providing internal compliance training/regular updates on key developments;
- Maintaining contact with key internal stakeholders such as platform and games development, physical studios, cyber security, and legal teams;
- Participating in periodic reviews and overseeing 3rd party audits to test that existing compliance efforts are fit for purpose across all markets where the company operates;
- Analyzing action points raised in internal and external audits, seeing that such is appropriately addressed;
- Playing an essential role in the cross-functional efforts in managing compliance-related events and incidents;
- Creating, reviewing, and updating internal company policies, procedures, and risk assessments on matters affecting licensing and compliance of the Casino and Live Casino products and aggregation platforms;
- Leading products and platform certification and security audits according to the business roadmap and administrating evaluation reports;
- Where needed, assisting in preparing reports and notifications related to technical compliance for regulators or clients.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a B2B gaming company;
- Strong understanding of regulations and industry best practices in regulated online gambling markets;
- Ability to research, interpret, understand, and communicate regulatory requirements;
- Experience working with legal teams, technical teams, and external partners in the context of regulatory compliance;
- Good understanding of the software development life-cycle;
- Excellent organization, communication (in English - both verbal and written), and strong interpersonal skills;
- A proactive approach to identifying problems in processes and seeking continuous improvement;
- Being an independent worker who requires little supervision but will seek support when needed;
- Structured and analytical skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
