We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our team, supporting the continued growth of our portfolio.Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing group accommodation bookings across the Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments, while contributing to overall revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, pricing optimisation, and effective inventory management.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to develop their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert group enquiries for Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments, ensuring timely, accurate, and commercially sound quotations
  • Support revenue growth by analysing demand, optimising pricing strategies, and maximising occupancy and average room rates
  • Monitor Online/OTA performance in collaboration with the Senior Sales Executive, ensuring achievement of revenue and occupancy targets
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Oversee group booking processes, including room allocations, deposits, and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy within property management systems
  • Coordinate internally across departments through clear communication of group requirements (e.g. Group Movement Orders)
  • Assist in managing inventory across segments, aligning availability with demand patterns and business objectives
  • Support the implementation and use of key systems such as RMS, CRM, and other sales technologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, partners, and key accounts
  • Provide support to the Senior Sales Executive and wider team, including during peak periods or absence

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a keen understanding of revenue drivers
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Interest in market trends, technology, and continuous professional development
