- Manage and convert group enquiries for Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments, ensuring timely, accurate, and commercially sound quotations
- Support revenue growth by analysing demand, optimising pricing strategies, and maximising occupancy and average room rates
- Monitor Online/OTA performance in collaboration with the Senior Sales Executive, ensuring achievement of revenue and occupancy targets
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Oversee group booking processes, including room allocations, deposits, and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy within property management systems
- Coordinate internally across departments through clear communication of group requirements (e.g. Group Movement Orders)
- Assist in managing inventory across segments, aligning availability with demand patterns and business objectives
- Support the implementation and use of key systems such as RMS, CRM, and other sales technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, partners, and key accounts
- Provide support to the Senior Sales Executive and wider team, including during peak periods or absence
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a keen understanding of revenue drivers
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
