
Support Technician

- Providing comprehensive support for IT systems, hardware, and peripherals, including troubleshooting, request fulfilment, and ticket management.
- Delivering on-site engineering services per customer contracts, ensuring system availability, and maintaining customer satisfaction through corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Supporting L1 and L2 hardware and peripheral issues, coordinating with internal teams and third parties for escalated incidents.
- Monitoring and addressing concerns in the printing environment, and providing regular reports and updates.
- Installing and configuring hardware/software, maintaining knowledge of relevant contracts, and utilizing company tools for service delivery.
- Managing changes to live systems with proper planning, documentation, and testing.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Has a valid driving licence
- Hardworking, goal-oriented, and energetic, with the ability to perform efficiently, effectively, and professionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
- Experience in installing and configuring PCs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Higher level education in Mechanical/Electrical engineering (A-levels, diploma, or Degree);
- 2 years experience handling electro/mechanical equipment or supporting desktop workstations and printers
