We are looking for a Foreman to oversee and coordinate the work of a crew on a construction site.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to take on a key supervisory role in managing and coordinating the daily operations of construction crews on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project plans, specifications, and deadlines. Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and drawings, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, inspecting completed work for quality, and proactively resolving any issues that may impact productivity or safety. As the main point of contact between construction crews and site management or project engineers, the Foreman plays a crucial role in maintaining clear communication and workflow.
