- Providing accounting and administrative services for client companies.
- Preparing NAV calculations for a variety of complex investment structures involving manual calculations of performance fees and other pricing elements.
- Preparation of financial statements compliant with IFRS/GAAP and coordination of year-end audit process.
- Liaising with investors, bankers, independent auditors, and other service providers.
- Strong team-work skills.
- Ability and willingness to work with little supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- University degree in accounting / ACCA / CA / CPA.
- Minimum of eight years in an accounting/finance environment and minimum five years in fund accounting.
- Knowledge of financial instruments (insurance linked securities would be a plus).
- Familiarity with applicable anti-money laundering and compliance procedures.
- Fluency in English mandatory (verbal and written).
