An established property and real estate group is seeking a Facilities Manager to join its growing portfolio.The role is responsible for overseeing all building-related operations across a diverse asset portfolio, ensuring that infrastructure remains safe, compliant, and maintained to consistently high standards. This includes managing the upkeep of equipment and conducting regular building inspections to identify required repairs or improvements. The position involves close supervision of facilities staff and effective coordination with external contractors to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with expectations.Utilities consumption will be actively monitored with a focus on efficiency and cost optimisation, alongside oversight of cleaning, security, waste management, and other related services. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing preventive maintenance contracts and service level agreements, while maintaining accurate financial and operational records, supported by analysis and forecasting. In addition, the role supports management with the preparation of technical documentation, contracts, and related agreements.Candidates should have proven experience in facilities or property management roles and demonstrate strong technical knowledge.
