Delivering a high level of service, ensuring player satisfaction, and handling all general inquiries.
Natural communicator through email, online chats, and occasional outbound phone calls

Required Qualifications:

You are fantastic in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
You thrive at multi-tasking.
You master new skills quickly.
A super positive attitude.
Flexible to change in an ever-growing / dynamic environment.

Strong communicator and automatic solution provider (moved from what you will be doing daily).
