An opportunity has opened for a Business Support Associate to join a growing financial services organisation supporting its Financial Planning and Sales functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, processes, and deadlines.In this position, you’ll sit at the centre of planning operations, ensuring suitability reports, sales data, and internal workflows are managed efficiently and accurately. You’ll liaise with advisers and administrative teams across international offices, helping maintain smooth communication and timely delivery of client documentation.What makes this role attractive is the exposure and learning potential. Review report requests and ensure all required information is complete
Liaise with advisers and office administrators to obtain missing details
Allocate reports across financial planners and monitor turnaround times

Your Profile

Experience in administration, business support, or financial services is an advantage
Confident communicator able to work across teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
