We are really in need of a stock helper. We are offering indefinite contract as we want someone permanent. The job will include also reporting about stock intake and ensuring deliveries match the invoices, as well as stock keeping.ProfilesCompetencies

Check supplies. Place orders. Stock products according to shelf life and preservation conditions
Check receipt of orders; determine processing order
Coordinate and supervise logistics operations of receipt, dispatch and delivery
Inform internal or external customers about handling and follow-up of orders
Organise division of storage spaces on-site and follow-up management
Organise or supervise the management of product, goods or raw material stocks (encoding, rotation...)
Supervise maintenance of storage area and equipment
Determine need for supplies; place orders
Organise and manage supply (supervise and follow-up consumption, orders...)
Follow-up payments, complaints and returns
Follow-up international logistics operations
Manage stocks. Check receipt of goods
Dust, sort out waste and empty dustbins
Maintain and store cleaning materials. Check stock of products
Clean and maintain tools
