We are seeking an Accountant based in Malta to join a dynamic and expanding team in a corporate service provider. The successful candidate will work with a predominantly international client base across a variety of industries, as well as private clients.This role is well suited for anyone looking to broaden their experience and take on a rewarding new challenge. Experience in the yachting and marine sector will be considered an asset.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
Prepare financial and management reports
Train, supervise, and support junior accounting staff
Handle VAT returns and related VAT compliance requirements
Prepare corporate income tax computations and returns
Manage a diversified portfolio of client companies
Report regularly to management

Requirements

Fully qualified and warranted Accountant / Actively studying ACCA or any Accounting related qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Maltese is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Residing in Malta (required)

Education and Experience

Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
