REALITY: You are responsible for the team. You coordinate daily programs, guide entertainers, and make sure activities actually run smoothly.MYTH: “You’ll mostly relax in the sun.”
REALITY: You relocate to Greece for a full season and take ownership of the entertainment operation. You’re not just participating — you’re leading.MYTH: “Leadership in a holiday resort isn’t serious.”
REALITY: You manage schedules, support rehearsals, organize activity planning, and communicate with hotel management. Structure matters.MYTH: “You need to be a strict boss.”
