- Conducting reconciliations.
- Regulatory reporting.
- Coordinating mailshots.
- Processing purchase and sale orders with fund managers.
- Welcome clients at reception and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients over the phone, offering guidance and support.
- Manage meeting arrangements and prepare meeting rooms.
- Handle client account maintenance.
- Scanning and filing into both virtual and physical files
- Social Media management
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Adobe.
- Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
- An adaptive team player who's highly organised, meticulous, and attentive to detail
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities
- MUST be Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese
