
Junior FP&A Analyst

- Perform analysis of variances to budget, last year and prior-period expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in the financial reporting and operating processes.
- Analyze current and historical KPIs trends, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure.
- Support the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles, working with various stakeholders to gather data and assumptions.
- Support the preparation of regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, performance metrics, areas of concern and optimizing turnaround time.
- Gather financial and operational data from various internal systems and external sources to support the FP&A team to effectively communicate the big picture of the company's financial and operational performance.
- Analysis on quality data in SAP and other operational platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their needs and respond to their ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional and international teams across multiple time zones.
- Recognized degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Finance experience, preferably in Business Partnering and/or FP&A.
- A dynamic personality, flexible and committed during busy periods, with a can-do attitude.
- Financial modelling, with the ability to construct logical, Excel-based financial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate constructively and effectively within a virtual team environment and with non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to summarize data in clear analyses and presentations.
- Ethical, discreet with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
