Through our dedicated team, we individualise your child’s intervention to cater for their specific needs as well as the needs of your family and are committed to the use of evidence-based practices to ensure success.Our tailor-made approach allows our learners to grow and develop at their own pace in a nurturing and stimulating environment.About the role:The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company. This includes processing of such transactions whilst overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and managing financial reporting and analysis.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the whole accounts payable processes, including payments, invoicing, credit control and follow-up of overdue payments.
  • Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Reconcile statements and manage any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the submission of VAT returns and budgets.
  • Preparation of Management Accounts.
  • Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts for different stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings with various departments, management and executives.
  • Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to Managements.
  • Assisting during Auditing Process.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
  • An A’Level qualification in Accounts, an AAT qualification, or possession of a number of ACCA exams, or related;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central will be considered an asset);
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills.
