- Analyse business problems and identify the best-fit technology solutions
- Review existing systems and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and improvements
- Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders
- Support solution design, system architecture, and integrations
- Evaluate vendors, participate in RFQs, and assess technology proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers during development
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test cases, and scripts
- Support go-live activities, including sanity testing and post-release validation
- Deliver training to end-users and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance best practices
- 3+ years' experience in Systems Analysis within the SDLC
- Broad technical knowledge across systems, software, and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, .NET, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies
- Business Process Reengineering experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile (Scrum Master), ITIL, or TOGAF are considered an asset
