We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of sweepstakes and social casinos, providing exceptional service that keeps our players happy, loyal, and coming back for more.This isn’t your average CS role — you’ll be the voice of our brand, handling everything from basic inquiries to VIP support, all while keeping things fun, fast, and player-focused.Your responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via email, live chat, and social platforms
  • Troubleshoot account issues, explain game features, and provide guidance on promotions, bonus systems, and sweepstake rules
  • Escalate technical issues to the right teams when needed
  • Monitor player feedback and report recurring trends
  • Assist with player verification, KYC, and account security processes
  • Work closely with CRM and Community teams to align on campaigns, tournaments, and events
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up tasks
You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 2+ year experience in online customer support, preferably in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casinos
  • Speak and write fluent, friendly, and clear English
  • Are empathetic, calm under pressure, and naturally solution-oriented
  • Understand casino game dynamics, bonus mechanics, and player psychology
  • Are tech-savvy, organized, and can multitask like a pro
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and Reddit for player support
