- Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via email, live chat, and social platforms
- Troubleshoot account issues, explain game features, and provide guidance on promotions, bonus systems, and sweepstake rules
- Escalate technical issues to the right teams when needed
- Monitor player feedback and report recurring trends
- Assist with player verification, KYC, and account security processes
- Work closely with CRM and Community teams to align on campaigns, tournaments, and events
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up tasks
- Have 2+ year experience in online customer support, preferably in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casinos
- Speak and write fluent, friendly, and clear English
- Are empathetic, calm under pressure, and naturally solution-oriented
- Understand casino game dynamics, bonus mechanics, and player psychology
- Are tech-savvy, organized, and can multitask like a pro
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.
- Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and Reddit for player support
