Our Supply Chain team is growing and we are looking for a part-time Supply Chain Assistant (20 hours per week), to support the team that analyzes sales data and that monitors the availability of products in the Stores to guarantee an adequate stocking level.In collaboration with the Supply Chain team, and with other departments, the selected individual will manage any anomalies and intervene for the optimization of the flow of goods up to delivery to the Stores.If you have an analytical and problem-solving-oriented approach, affinity with numbers and good communication skills, this is the right job offer for you!What you'll do
The main tasks for this job offer are:
- Processing orders for the Malta Regional Direction
- Analyzes and verification of the orders of the Stores, intervening in case of anomalies
- Elaborating reports on sales trends within the Malta Regional Direction
- Monitoring and ensuring the availability of goods in Stores
- Analyzing sales trends for proper planning and assignment to Stores
- Managing any anomalies and intervening in the optimization of the flow of goods up to delivery to the Stores.
- Knowledge of the Maltese or Italian languages will be considered an asset
- Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must
- ECDL / IT literate
- Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment
- Organizational and analytical skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Previous experience in an office environment would be considered an asset
- A degree in economics, statistics or management would be considered an asset.
