- Maintain and update statutory registers, ensuring all corporate records are accurate, current, and compliant with regulations.
- Prepare, file, and monitor statutory returns and other regulatory submissions within required deadlines.
- Conduct due diligence reviews and gather necessary documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Attend board and client meetings, draft detailed and accurate minutes, and manage follow-up actions promptly.
- Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including regulators, service providers, and other relevant parties, on behalf of clients.
- Manage day-to-day client requests efficiently and provide proactive support across the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with company secretarial obligations under applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external counterparts to meet all statutory and client-specific deadlines.
- At least 4 years experience in the CSP industry is a must.
- Background in corporate law, tax, accounting or corporate services.
- Excellent command of the English language. Other languages will be considered an asset.
